The SAG10 uses a high-precision GNSS receiver tracking GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo, and India’s NavIC. By receiving RTK corrections via 4G CORS or local UHF radio, the DC servo motor steers the tractor with an incredible ±2.5 cm accuracy. This precision reduces input waste by up to 15%, paying for the system in just a few seasons.
IMU Terrain Compensation for Uneven Fields
Indian farmland is rarely perfectly flat. When a tractor tilts on a slope, the GPS antenna shifts, causing standard GPS systems to steer off-course. The SAG10 features an integrated Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) that instantly calculates the roll, pitch, and yaw of the tractor, compensating for uneven terrain and ensuring the implement on the ground tracks perfectly straight.
Rugged 10.1-Inch Control Terminal
The brains of the operation is a ruggedized 10.1-inch Android touch terminal mounted in the tractor cab. Designed to withstand extreme vibrations, dust, and the heat of the Indian summer, the interface is incredibly intuitive. Farmers can set A-B lines, map field boundaries, and monitor area coverage with just a few taps. It supports multiple implement profiles, so you can switch from a plow to a sprayer in seconds.
High-Torque Direct-Drive Motor
Installation is quick and non-invasive. The SAG10 replaces your tractor’s standard steering wheel with a powerful 7.5 N·m direct-drive electric servo motor. It provides smooth, responsive autonomous steering and can be easily overridden by the driver grabbing the wheel at any time for manual safety control.
